Projects
For the past semester we have been working to make the interface piece for the telescope mount.  Now that it is finished we will put it in the dome, our little solar observatory.  During the semester we took measurements for the interface piece and got some cad drawings.  Sam, a graduate student of Dr. Gary, just informed us that it is finished and that it fits perfectly.  He has also sent us some pictures of the interface piece.

Also we would like to thank Sam for being so actively involved in this project and Joe Molnar CMS.  "He helped immensely with the CAD drawings, the measuring and remeasuring of the parts' dimensions, and with some adjustments that had to be made to our design for logistical reasons. The piece also got machined very quickly." Thank you Joe.  And we would like to thank everyone that took some time out of their busy schedules and helped during the semester.
